Applica Infra uses a highly secure cloud service from LogMeIn, which enables IT-staff to remotely control computers and offer remote support.

The customer receives a session based access code from the consultant and uses this to connect their computer to the remote support service. A small executable file is downloaded on the customers computer and is removed automatically as soon as the remote session has ended. The remote session is end-to-end encrypted with a strong encryption algorithm (AES256/SHA-384) to ensure the confidentiality for both parties.
